OK, I am not a Coldplay hater, I have a couple of their CDs and while I do have my limits for mopey top 40, hey what would Baskin-Robins be with only one flavor?
However, if you asked pretty much anyone on the planet who would be a good group to cover the Beastie Boys "(You Gotta) Fight for Your Right (To Party!)", I think Coldplay would be way, way, waaaaay down the list.
(as usual, if the lawyers knock this off the YooToob, search around and see of you can find an alternate video)
Sorry but I had to stop it after about 40 seconds. Possibly the less qualified mopey top 40 bod to cover it would be be Dido.
